How to work function key in our PC keyboard

Use the Function Keys F1- F12

Here are some of the common shortcuts that use these keys and save your time;

F1 = Commonly open Help window in My Computer, Application, Browser, MS Office etc.

F2 = Rename of object (Like Files, Folders and mainly use in MS Excel)

F3 = Open search box in browsers,Folder

F4 = Displays the address bar list in My Computer, Folders or Windows Explorer (XP)

F5 = Refresh a page in a browser, updates the active window (Refresh)

F6 = Cycles through the screen elements in window

F7 = Spelling and Grammar check (MS Word)

F8 = One by one extend selection text (MS Office)

F9 = Updates fields (MS Office)

F10 = Actives menu bar option in window

F11 = Toggles between full screen and normal display in browsers

F12 = Opens "Save as" dialog (MS Office)
